Which Directory Enquiries should you use?...

The simple answer is none of them! You should try and get your staff to use the internet.

Simply go to www.bt.com/directory-enquiries and get free, but not unlimited searches.

However, you may wish to speak to a human. But to do so will cost you money! And on some occasions a great deal of money! Whatever you do, never agree for the service provider to connect you to the number you enquired about. Why? Because they will charge you a 'pence per minute' rate in addition to the cost of your call! In some cases this can be an extra 30p per minute!

Here is a selection of some of the options.
