You are provided with a written report, identifying our recommendation, so that you can make an informed financial decision.

Why do we make no charge to you?

We prefer to remain independent. By doing so, we believe, that you will benefit more from our services. However, we are not a charity! When you accept our recommendation, the supplier we introduce to you pays us a small commission. Therefore, you are assured that we will demand the best supplier deals; otherwise you will not accept our recommendation and we do not earn any income!

When did we start in this industry?

Very soon after the telecomms market became deregulated. Our existing customers (whose gas and electricity supply we negotiated) continually asked us for advice on their telecomms costs, as the matter was very confusing. This led to us offering an independent analysis service, purely for outbound call charges. Due to this success, our clients then asked us for guidance on their mobile phone fleets, which lead to leased lines, switchboards, ADSL, internet bundled packages, inbound marketing numbers, charge cards, in fact anything to do with telecomms.
